CURRENT PROCESSING TIMES
Ready to Ship items: Ships 1-4 business days after your order is placed.
Made to order items: Ships 7-10 business days after your order is placed.
We are a small business and life does happen and sometimes it could take a couple extra days to get your orders out. We always do our best to get orders out to you as quickly as possible!
STANDARD SHIPPING
Once your order has been processed it will be shipped via USPS with a tracking code according to the service you purchased. All order update notifications are sent via email to the address provided at checkout. Text notifications are also available in addition to email, simply opt in at checkout.
Please double check your shipping address prior to submitting your order. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect delivery address there will be an additional shipping charge to reship the item.
Shipping is all handled by USPS, we have no say or control over how quickly they may get to you during a high volume season. Once your items have shipped, please be patient with our carriers as they are experiencing high volume as well.
Please note: We are only shipping within the U.S. at this time.
LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES
Once your package leaves our studio it is in the hands of the United States Postal Service. If your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office. They will assist you in recovering or refunding you for the lost package.
All orders over $100 does include insurance! Here’s some tips when you find yourself in this situation:
-Check with your neighbors! Sometimes packages get dropped off at the wrong house
-Sometimes USPS pre scans packages before they arrive, give it a couple days and see if it shows up!
-If the above steps have been checked off and it says your package was delivered but you didn’t receive it, since you’re on the receiving side, you will have to open a claim with your local post office
