Refund policy

What is your refund policy? 

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase - with the exception of final sale items, gift cards, and ring sizers which are final sales and not eligible for refunds or returns. 

What is your return policy? 

Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery - with the exception of sale items, gift cards, t-shirts, mugs and ring sizers which are final sales and not eligible for refunds or returns. 

Customer is responsible for return shipping. 

Sizing

  • Please make sure you know your correct ring size before placing your order as we will not accept returns due to customer sizing errors.
  • If you are not sure of your size, we recommend that you have your finger sized. You can purchase a ring sizer from us directly if needed. 

Descriptions, Quality, & Instruction

  • Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, small variations and imperfections may be present. These often add to the uniqueness and handmade quality of the piece.
  • All of our products are made from .925 sterling and fine silver. Variations in stone and silver design are to be expected as nothing we produce is machine made.
  • We do our best to add the exact measurements of each piece in the item descriptions but measurements may vary slightly from batch to batch and piece to piece as there is no exact science to handmade items. 
  • All of the stones in our handmade collection are genuine and may contain deposits of quartz, pyrite, calcite, or various other minerals. They may also have an uneven shape or texture, and because our stones are genuine they are delicate and should be treated as such. Avoid dropping your stones as they can fracture or crack. Kauila Designs accepts no liability for broken stones.

Jewelry Care

  • To help your jewelry last as long as possible, please follow these tips:
  • It is best to remove your jewelry before swimming, bathing, washing dishes, etc. Soft stones like TURQUOISE can breakdown over time with repetitive exposure to the elements.
  • Sterling silver will naturally tarnish over time. We recommend storing with the tarnish tab provided with your purchase. 
  • Do not use jewelry cleaner or harsh chemicals on your jewelry. Most pieces come with a darkened patina and jewelry cleaners can remove the patina as well as potentially damage your stones. Instead, use the silver polish cloth that comes with your purchase to bring back a nice shine. You can also use a soft toothbrush, warm water and a gentle dish soap if needed to remove excess dirt buildup.
