WHAT ARE YOUR CURRENT PRODUCTION TIMES? 

Ready to Ship items: Ships 1-4 business days after your order is placed.

Made to order items: Ships 7-10 business days after your order is placed.

We are a small business and life does happen and sometimes it could take a couple extra days to get your orders out. We always do our best to get orders out to you as quickly as possible!

We are NOT taking any custom orders at this time - allowing us to focus on creating unique designs. However, when we are allowing custom orders, please allow 4-6 weeks for production. 

WHAT IS READY TO SHIP JEWELRY?

These are "one of a kind" pieces that are already created and ready to ship. What you see in the picture is what you will receive!

Sometimes these pieces go quick once they are released so if you have your heart set on something - we recommend snagging it! 

WHAT IS MADE TO ORDER JEWELRY? 

These are designs that we are able to custom specifically for you.  

There are several "Made to Order" designs on our website that can be made in your size. Made to order pieces are created once your order is submitted and can take up to 7-10 days to go into production and then be shipped to you.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

After your order is placed, changes + cancellations must be made within 24 hours (with the exception of on sale items, gift cards and ring sizers which are all final sale). Changes requested outside of 24 hours cannot be made as your order is already being made. Please contact us via email to make a change or cancellation. 

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?  

Return requests must be made within 7 days of when you received your items. Return shipping must be paid by the customer. Once we have received and processed your returned items and they are in original condition, you will receive a refund.

On sale items, gift cards, and ring sizers are all final sales and not eligible for returns. 

Please know your size before ordering, we sell ring sizers in our shop if you are uncertain. 

DO YOU OFFER REPAIRS?

Our pieces are built to last, but if something has a defect that was out of your control such as a clasp breaking, we will always fix it for free for you. 

If you happen to damage your item and need a repair, please send us an email at kauilaart@gmail.com, we are happy to discuss the cost of a repair. 

We are not currently repairing jewelry that was NOT made by us. 

WILL MY JEWELRY TARNISH?

All fine metals tarnish with time. We recommend storing your jewelry in a dry area (not your bathroom). Your pieces are easy to maintain and clean. If you wish to polish your pieces we recommend using warm sudsy water and buffing with a scratch free cloth.

WILL MY FINGER TURN GREEN?

This all depends on your personal chemistry. We use high-quality Sterling Silver which does not typically cause a green finger. Sterling silver will not typically cause a skin irritation unless you have an existing metal allergy. 

WHAT IF I LOST ONE EARRING?

Contact us right away if you lose an earring. We are happy to create a half order for you as long as we have the correct supplies/matching stones. You will be charged 50% off the price of the earrings. 

WHAT IF MY STONES DON’T MATCH THE LISTING PHOTO FOR YOUR MADE TO ORDER OPTIONS? 

Everything we make is handmade and not mass produced. For "made to order" pieces, we always pick stones that are VERY similar to what is shown. However, there may be some small variance. This means that what you end up with is not the exact design as there may be some slight differences. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us.
